Our Coffee Trailer
Our Coffee Trailer is fully self contained with refrigeration, hot water, 120 litres of sealed fresh water tanks and filters, stainless steel sinks and sullage tanks and able to operate on 240 volt, 10 amp. power (household), - or, by arrangement, our generator.
It has full food registration and public liability insurance.
When set up with draw bar removed our trailer takes on the appearance of a market marquee approx. 3m. square or with the front down as a table top the full length is 5 m. X 3 m. in depth. We are able to provide four tables and sixteen chairs.
Our aim is to serve up to 180 cups of coffee per hour, in environment friendly paper cups.
The menu is larger and more diversified than almost all coffee outlets.
This modern trailer has unlimited uses - and has been used for markets, festivals, picnics, corporate functions, weddings, sports events, field days, outdoor music events and more.

- Iced Hazelnut Chiller; Double Espresso, Hazelnut Syrup, milk topped with cream & nutmeg
- Iced Strawberry & Chocolate Chiller; Double Espresso, Strawberry & Chocolate Syrups, milk, topped with whipped cream & ground chocolate
- Iced Vanilla Chiller; Double Espresso, Vanilla Syrup, milk, topped with whipped cream
- Iced Chocolate; A double shot of chocolate syrup with cold milk, whipped cream and chocolate shavings
- Creamy Milk Steamer; A hot milk drink with a foam milk top
- Hot Chocolate; A double shot of rich chocolate syrup with hot foamed milk, topped with a marshmallow & chocolate shavings
- Dinner Mint Steamer; Espresso shot, Mint & Chocolate syrup steamed milk, whipped cream & a splash of mint
- Irish Cream Steamer; Espresso shot, double Irish Cream syrup, filled with steamed milk & fresh cream
